Should You Get Up Earlier Or Not?

should you get up early?

Today let’s talk about a topic: should you get up earlier or not?

Have you ever heard of “morning person”?

It describes someone who gets up very early, makes the most of the early morning, and gets things done before dawn.

For a while, the word “morning person” was very popular and felt very positive. Many media outlets report that many of the world’s most successful people are early risers, good morning planners, earlier than others, and more focused on their work than others.

I used to be fascinated by the idea that getting up early was productive. Back then, I slept only six hours a day, forcing myself to get up before 6 a.m., get up as soon as the alarm clock rang and get ready for the day’s work.

At first, I was full of expectation, and even felt that I finally had a successful look. However, after a while of practice, I found that it was not right. Although I got up very early, I seemed to be very tired every day. Although I had 2 or 3 more hours to do things every day, my efficiency in daytime work seemed to be worse. In order not to let the quality of life and work deteriorate, I ended the short morning life, obediently back to be “ordinary”. After adjusting to my usual routine, I feel much better during the day. But really, I wondered if I wasn’t capable enough. I felt that not getting up earlier was a failure.

But the other day I came across a report that said that people naturally need different amounts of sleep, some need 4 to 6 hours, others need 9-11 hours. Most people need seven to nine hours. If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll feel like a zombie during the day, unable to concentrate on your work. I came up with similar ideas in the book of “Why We Sleep” and “The Sleep Revolution“.

I’m sure some of you might think that if you can’t get up in the morning, you just don’t have enough willpower. Indeed, I don’t deny that sometimes I don’t want to get up when the time is up. It’s really related to willpower. I am actually pretty confident, but to sleep, I really have no way to sacrifice, and I also think it is not worth the sacrifice, because if someone need willpower to get up early in the morning, but need more willpower to do things during the day, it seemed to put the cart before the horse. And then I realized that Many early risers who are seen as successful models are simply not because the concept of the morning type is popular, but it is good. Instead, they used to behave at their own pace. They are not successful because they get up early, because working just in the morning is their most efficient way to do it. In short, they just know themselves better and focus on things at the right time.

So the key is: if you want to achieve the desired results, rather than the pursuit of the law of the people work and rest, you should pursue their regular work and rest, not to be interferenced by other things while concentrating. You should also know yourself when, in the day, is the best time for you to do the things. what time is your “right time”.

The right time is different for everyone. Some people are very energetic in the morning, while others are motivated to do things as soon as the sun goes down.

Some people will be more excited after exercise, some people just want to relax after exercise. It’s like people to judge the standard of beauty is different, also is not the same as like the taste of eating, but the most important is that you be on time at the right time to do what to do, take out your notebook, draw your schedule, what time do something, write him out, it’s time to read English, at the beginning of time in English. Time to go to the gym, to exercise, don’t be wordy, as soon as possible to start exercise.

What time is it to get up? Get up when the alarm goes off.

Of course, we can’t be 100% there, and occasionally we’ll be lazy, occasionally we’ll want to rest, we’ll want to get more sleep, but you can’t just let it go.

You can’t follow your heart in life, but also you can’t go with the flow.

Don’t let time carry you through life. Plan your time. Try to live as planned. Truly successful people in their own field, not because they become an admirable person, but they become the person they want to be. Successful people are not successful because they sacrifice sleep, but they know that many things can be achieved by their own persistence. Fixed output is more important than forcing yourself to get up early, or to do this or that, or to have a regular and repetitive routine.

This test is whether you can at the right time to focus and get up at the time not to sleep, the sleep time arrives, and then put the phone down, give yourself more power, the pressure change my, life is a lot of the time will think of a better life, because you let oneself too early at ease, instead, bury themselves better in the long term.

The world is beautiful, but he is also cruel.

Without wanting to actively work for the life you want, you are likely to be controlled by the life you hate.

Finally, I want you to take this away:

Time will only ruthless forward, but will not live up to the continuous efforts of the people.

The first others do not want to live a life, is in order to be able to live a life that others can not.

Practice how to face difficulties now so that you won’t feel anything is too difficult in the future.

Actually, we all know that nothing is certain.

I just hope to look back at myself someday in the future and see that I have worked so hard.

It doesn’t matter whether you succeed or not. Just have a clear conscience.

So that’s what I want to share today, and hopefully give you a little bit more motivation to move forward in your life,

If this article is helpful to you, please share it with me. Maybe your sharing can also help people in need.
